I'm not a therapist, psychiatrist, or in any way book-trained on stress and anxiety. I am, however, a lifelong sufferer of severe Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, and have dealt with stress my entire life.

I've been desperate for help and have gotten on medication, gone to talk therapy, tried hypnotherapy, and even had my brain reset with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. All of the above can be very useful, but what if you can't afford medication or doctor's visits? How can you, without punishing yourself or feeling guilty, get back on track AND maybe even feel connected yourself and the world around you again?

I know a thing or two about actions we can take that help uncover truths about where that stress and anxiety come from, and how we can thrive despite it all.
